  JD and Chris were awesome!!! They were quick, efficient and very careful with my belongings. They offered to put together all of my furniture. They were both extremely polite. I was fortunate to get them as my movers!!!

  Carter Moving And Delivery

  Hired 2 helpers for 2 hours to load and unload. Was told the moving help would arrive between 1200-1230, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but by 1238 I had completed loading the truck on my own. Notified moving company I was heading to unload as none had shown up. At which point I was told they were on their way. They eventually showed up at 1319 by which point I had finished approaximately 85 percent of the job with a third of the truck left to unload. The two workers that showed up reeked of weed and took several breaks in the 15 minutes of help they provided. I requested a refund from the company for their failure to show up on time and provide the services they had been hired for at which point I was told they operate on a 2 hour minimum. I am now being told it will be 60 days before any potential refund is issued but given their lack of appropriate communication and promptness I find hard to believe.

  They did a great job moving my heavy fridge and few large furniture items. They default refered to talking to my random friend (male) rather than me (female) regarding information about my move which was odd? I was confused when they asked for me to tip them gas money that wasn't previously outlined in any agreement I signed up for, nothing I remembered about additional gas fees . I refused. I only had them help for perhaps an hour and a half, not the full two hours. my move wouldn't have been possible without them but I don't like extra fees that aren't in a contract.
