    The movers arrived an hour late; they did let us know in advance, which was fine. Once at work, they weren't particularly efficient, and during offloading I noticed them turning boxes labeled 'fragile china' upside down, leaving boxes in the rain, and complaining about the heft of some of the boxes. Only after I gave them the payment code, was I notified that they ran 'over time', and I was asked to pay for full another hour that they did not use. I wouldn't trust them with delicate items, and certainly will not hire them again.
