Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Moving Help crew for unloading my belongings from storage to the truck. Phillip arrived at the location with his colleague well ahead of the time and both of them worked diligently and took every care moving things into the truck. I would again reach out to Moving Help if I need their services.
The movers arrived an hour late; they did let us know in advance, which was fine. Once at work, they weren't particularly efficient, and during offloading I noticed them turning boxes labeled 'fragile china' upside down, leaving boxes in the rain, and complaining about the heft of some of the boxes. Only after I gave them the payment code, was I notified that they ran 'over time', and I was asked to pay for full another hour that they did not use. I wouldn't trust them with delicate items, and certainly will not hire them again.
Loved these guys. Worked very hard and fast! Polite, eager to please, and respectful. Would recommend!
