  • He (Chris) immediately claimed the loaders had done a very poor job and any damage to our furniture was their fault. However he rushed a 4 hour job into 2 hours, damaging some of our furniture as well as the elevator and hallway in the building. He complained about going across the street to a storage facility with one piece. He hurried me so I left my glasses at the apartment and so I had to give him my phone to enter the code to the storage unit. I never entered the code for his payment, so if you received a payment code I didn't enter it. If you haven't received the code he only worked 2 hours.

    Absolutely untrue. Customer admitted that they were not given blankets they ordered so when their load arrived for us to unload nothing was protected. We certainly did not rush or damage anything. The rest of our 5 star reviews will speak for themselves. Customer gave me their phone because they could not find their code to pay us. Complete dishonesty from an elderly man
