I talked with Thomas about several issues with the move. Thomas provided 2 guys he doesn't usually use, and they were just terrible. A few notes. - The crew did not contact me prior to the move. I sent txt messages, but I got no reply. I finally got a call 15 minutes after the move started. Unacceptable. - The crew was 30 minutes late to the job. Unacceptable. - The crew refused to load the last 3 items, saying there was no room, and we should do another run with the truck. I refused, and we loaded the items fine. I have no idea why the mover Chris wanted to do this. Makes no sense. - The crew took a 1.5 hour lunch break wthout telling me. I had to wait 1 hour at the job for them to arrive and unload. Unacceptable. - The mover chris was grumpy, and his helper took several long breaks to look at his phone. - After 4 hours, the crew left, even though I had 5 hours booked. I asked the crew to help me unpack items, but they said we're done and they left - In the end Chris made it right
