  • They were amazing to work with when it came to the actual move! As far as communication prior to the move I didn't ever hear from them after booking them through the Uhaul App. I called the contact number and email and they got back to me when I called within the day and confirmed things on the phone. If you need anything from them then I'd suggest calling the number associated. I'd give them a 4 out of 5 stars just for the lack of reach out's prior to the move, but they always returned my calls and gave me the info I needed so I'd still highly recommend them! They did my entire 1 bedroom so quickly and we're very efficient
