Agreed on an 8 am start time. Showed up at 8 30 am and did not inform of the late arrival until after our agreed upon start time. Only took 30, 45 mins top to load and despite paying for 2 hours, they refused to unload unless we paid for another 2 hrs. So despite the fact that the entire load and unload would have fit in the 2 hour window, they wanted us to pay for 4 hrs to do the job. So paid for 2 hrs for 45 mins max worth of work and they were late on top of it. Was left hiring a different company, who was excellent, to complete the unload. Wish I would have hired the other company from the start. Would not recommend this company. And will not be hiring anyone through moving help again.
