  Abysmal. I moved most of the boxes myself while they were on the clock. I did more in 45 minutes after they left than they did in the 3.5 hours they were here. I basically paid them to empty the elevator. I moved the boxes to the elevator. They put them on and moved them off, at the bottom. They barely put any boxes on the truck. I did the vast majority of the work. They didn’t use furniture dollys. They didn’t use their cart. I’ve done over two dozen moves in 20 years, half of them by myself. I know what moving looks like. These guys were clearly milking the clock. The tall guy did apply some effort after i called to complain at the two hour mark. The short guy with glasses just wanted to argue about everything, including how he can’t use the dolly, the hallway is two long, the truck is too small, and how i needed to extend to four hours. I knew it wouldn’t go well when i had to yell at him to stop moving the very first item, a lightweight shelf, because he was going to break it.
