Our movers were amazing and very professional. I’m so sorry but I can only remember Isaac’s name but both helpers were friendly and easy to work with. I could not have done this move without them. I highly recommend the Torres Moving Team!! If I could give more than five stars I would! I tipped the movers each in cash. Thanks so much!!

Pedro has gotten lazy since I moved with them 2 years ago. Complained about heavy boxes and barely helped his employee. I also saw he kept the tip for himself, I should of paid the employee who was doing the work. Also after they left my apartment they took 2 hours to drop off the ubox when we live across the street from uhaul. Pedro complained and refused to load our washer and dryer 'because it would take up the entire u box'. I asked them. To stake boxes 6 high, also refused and wanted to control what I did with my moving pads. All and all if you use Torres be prepared to need extra labor hours and for lazy or lacking customer service. I was impressed with Torres 2 years ago but now would never recommend them even to my worst enemy.
