• Avoid these movers at all costs! I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Tae the owner of Al Moving Company. From the get-go, they were unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. They broke my glassware, damaged boxes, and dragged my sofa and ottoman across the ground, leaving holes and dirt marks. Despite this, they took payment for 3 hours of loading and unloading, which they clearly didn't intend to fulfill. They were blatantly dishonest about the scope of the job and their ability to complete it within the agreed-upon timeframe. After one hour, they wanted to leave. To add insult to injury, they lied about loading everything into the truck, leaving many large and small items behind. The final straw was when they didn't disclose their cancellation policy until after they'd received to code. It's clear they took advantage of me and had no intention of providing the service they promised. When I confronted they became argumentative.

  Hey we did have minor miscommunications but they weren't to this extent. We discussed the timing issues with 3 hours not being enough before the move began, because we were loading different storages. The customer wanted to wait and see if 3 hours was enough after informing her it wouldn't be. So then we began the move, but this is where the miscommunication started. We knew we were in a time crunch but the customer and I never came to a agreement about moving forward with adding time or doing a cancellation process, so the team made sure to load everything in the timely manner we were scheduled for. Once the 3 hours were up there were still miscellaneous items needed to be loaded, so we went over about a hour loading those up the most we could get but we then had no more time to spare, and it was time for us to leave. We usually don't respond unless the true story isn't being told. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers and their items, we treat them with the upmost care.

• These guys are pretty good. My only concern is that they didn't consider ways to protect your future. Sure things will happen during a move but when you place pointy metal on faux leather furniture it's very likely to tear and poke holes. Had it been brand new furniture I would have given them a 1 star. If it's possible for you to wrap and protect your own furniture they'll do a pretty good job.

• Outstanding Service from A1 Moving! I can’t recommend A1 MovingCo enough! The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient.
