  • Movers were polite and respectful of our belongings. For future customers make sure you’ve got everything packed, floors protected (if needed), and have plenty of moving blankets on hand. Services were 2 guys to pack the truck. They had no moving equipment with them.

    Thank you for your review Ms.Key. Although we feel as though this review does not reflect an honest review of service. We have come to terms with this customer was not satisfied with the amount she spent on her service due to stairs and an elevator. She accused us of their, however camera footage was on our side. We communicated effectively, assisted her with rebooking for 45 minutes, and tried to do everything possible to satisfy this customer. She gave us a satisfaction statement at the end originally, however that has sense changed. Customer did not book safeload.
