I had to follow up with them myself after I inquired online through the UHaul website. On the day they were scheduled to help move, they tried charging us an extra $200 due to the POD being a difficult thing to load. The guys were slow and talked a lot. They didn't get to all of what we needed moved to the POD. I felt like I was working more than they were. Overall, wouldn't recommend.

We are sorry you were not pleased with our service David. Unfortunately PODS being loaded are not available through the hourly rate as we advised you days prior. In response to the rate differential you did advise you pay extra on the day of move with no issue. When advised of the up charge you did specify the crew would only need to assist in setting items outside of the PODS and you would load so that is what we advised our crew to do. We are truly sorry we could not make your move a better experience but we do appreciate your business and feedback.

They came late. One of them was on his phone for most of the time texting and making calls. They ended up not loading everything; they left immediately when two hours was up. It was a one bedroom apartment, and if they were focused on getting the job done, they would be able to load everything. Simply, I regretted hiring them especially because of the unprofessional work they did.
