    We're sorry that you had a less than stellar experience. Our top priority is to provide efficient and professional service for every customer. For your move on September 12th we did our best to complete everything within the 2 hours that were booked. With a unload, load, unload and a hour drive in-between. We understand that this did not allow enough time to finish the job completely. Had you booked more hours as 2 hours was not sufficient for your move, the job would've been complete. As far as communication if you would've told me that this was an apartment move with a walk and a full 10ft truck that needed to be unloaded, loaded and unloaded and the drive. I would've made very clear that you have not booked enough hours. So for communication your right, there was a lot left unsaid.
