Disclaimer- I will receive a $5.95 Uhaul MovingHelp handling fee refund in exchange for this review. However, that does not affect my rating but did motivate me to write this review. Moving Made Easy team had good communication through Colby. I had rescheduled a few times and they were very accommodating. The day of the move I was expecting the team at 10AM, but they did not arrive until noon, may be because they are based in Lima and I'm an hour-ish away, and I had hired 4 workers so they probably needed to get all their guys and then head over together. The team was apologetic when they arrived and I needed time to prepare anyways so I was not upset with the delay. When they arrived, the weather was extremely hot but the team worked efficiently, carefully, followed my instructions fully, and packed well. I was expecting the work load would take up to 6 hours but they finished efficiently in 3. Moving Made Easy lives up to its name! No complaints, great teamwork, highly recommend!

Excellent communication. Got all the stuff in the house. Hard working. We discussed my concerns. I’m excluding some details. Cautions—aim for 2 solid professional helpers. Avoid accepting evening schedule if not have 2 professional helpers available and after their heavy morning schedule. Be careful not to minimize potential risk of minor damages when loading into home due to inadequate professional help. This should be the exception, not the practice due to inadequate professional help. Tip is being given to the homeowner to move furniture upstairs and repair the scuffs and dings. This moving help might be best for a morning schedule, not evening, when confirmation is given of all professional helpers. They did get all the stuff in the house.

‘moving company cancelled on me the day before and they were able to accommodate me (even being 2 hours away)! Monte was a lifesaver and packed my apartment into a tiny u-haul box in ways I never could . I cannot recommend them enough!!!
