  • I’ll preface this by saying the move started off really poor. The movers were scheduled to help at 3pm; at 250pm I was notified there’d be a delay with an ETA of 430pm. 450 pm I text the mover & he states they’re 5 mins away. They start loading around 5p (2 hours later). I also ordered 3 movers & only 2 came. The truck got loaded & we proceeded to my apartment. My apartment is a 3 floor walk up, which I disclosed in detail at the time I made a reservation. The movers stating due to fatigue & the lack of man power they could not unload that day. The mover advised he would return in the morning with additional movers to tackle the 3rd floor walk up. He did keep his word & came back the next morning with 4 additional movers who tackled the task in 2 hours. I would have rated this company a 1 due to the tardiness and inability to complete the job as on the day requested. But being that he did keep his word & came back the next day & completed the move, I’m rating a 3.
