  • Did not have a gunsafe specific dolly and had to help do a large portion of the work to help them move it.

  • Booked this 1 month prior to my move. The movers did not call to confirm anything until the night prior to the move. The two people who showed to actually work worked hard but complained the entire time about the job because they were given no details and said they were contracted through Craigslist and only making $25 per hour and told it was a 2 hour job(it was booked for 3hrs. Overall just not a great experience with the company but the guys who showed up did work hard even though they were upset about the job stating there should have been more people.

  • The team was great! They showed up on time and unloaded the whole truck. They carried everything up 3 flights of stairs. We were really impressed with their diligence. They developed plans to carry more delicate items, even taking the time to tape blankets over cabinets with glass. Communication was also seamless, I was told what time they would be there with a reminder when they were 30 min out. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
