  • The movers were very careless with our furniture and insisted on disassembling several items while dragging heavier ones across the floor. They threw bags of stuff up the stairs and dropped the boxes without care for fragile contents. Space in the truck was not optimized and there was a large amount of things that we had to take separately in our cars later. They also took a 30 minute break between loading and unloading which they said would be 5.
