  • Movers were scheduled to arrive at 11am, they arrived at 1pm. This delayed us because we had only reserved the elevator for 2 hours (11-1pm). Leading up to this, there was poor communication. This set us behind on our move. To top it off, as I paid the mover flashed me his texts with his boss where I could see that he’d talked about how I wasn’t cool with the delay (I guess he was right - I was very upset). Once they arrived, everything was fine and normal. But again, that delay and the poor communication really made our move very difficult.
