They couldn’t make it

This was extremely disappointing and stressful. The moving helper called me the day before and we spoke about all the details. I texted them the location for the move. The next morning, he never showed. I called and texted multiple times to the same number we spoke on the prior day - no response/answer. I called the support number and someone said they’d contact him for me. They never called me back. I called the number several more times, no answer. This was incredibly hurtful and added a ton of stress on my plate. I had to move my entire apartment alone because no one showed up or even cared enough to call me back and let me know they weren’t coming. I just don’t understand how you can treat someone like that. If they had just reached out shared that there was a conflict, I would have understood and been able to make alternative plans, but I waited for 3 hours only to realize they would never show. A move that would have taken 2 to 3 hours total, took me 3.5 hours just to load by mys
