Royal Mover's team were just great - friendly, and dug right in to unloading. We appreciated that they introduced themselves with a handshake. Due to long time loading on the other end, we had to delay their arrival and they were flexible and helped as we needed to pivot. I would highly recommend for any upcoming moves needing labor. We were happy to tip them on top of the fees on the website which they appreciated.

One mover brought his kid, came late and left early (supposedly to be replaced by someone else but never was). I was supposed to get a refund but again never did.
