    Military Vets to Techs

    Communication from the beginning was very poor and not like I had experienced with other movers. I had to reach out to them to see when they would be coming the following day. Had I not asked if they had dollies I wouldn’t have known that they didn’t have them. Luckily I had some because U-Haul was out of them for rent. 15 minutes after they arrived Curtis went across the street to pick himself up some breakfast. He was also talking on his phone. He didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency. This type of behavior is not what you want when you’re paying by the hour. His brother (not sure of his name) on the other hand was excellent, stayed working and he was very polite and very professional. I would hire him again but not Curtis.
