  Would never hire again. After directing what to move, and had to leave. When I got back after they had left I looked in the truck and toward the end of their time they had just thrown things in. Nothing was stacked efficiently and things were also stacked on delicate furniture items that could have been broken. When I reached out I was told it was my husbands fault because he was supervising. And also that we had not given blankets. Both of those things were untrue. Instead of asking how to help or how to fix the issues or to come back or offer a refund. They were defensive and accusatory. We had to hire someone else to come and unload and reload the truck! Awful service and awful customer service. Unfortunately my husband even gave them a cash tip of $100 before he even looked in the truck. That mistake was on us. But we should not have to stage or supervise paid movers. Awful experience. Delayed out move by 24hours. I have photos so please don’t reply to this review and be defensive

  Good - They were very polite and put things where I asked. Bad - I had to reach out to the company, first to confirm the reservation and second to confirm the day before. They moved rather slow. What normally takes 2 - 2.5 hours (I have moved enough times to know exactly how long it takes to load and unload) they were at 3 hours and still had boxes in the truck. We turned them loose and finished unpacking the truck ourselves. They did unload most of the boxes downstairs in an area of the basement but there was no organization or reason, things were just dumped anywhere. I offered for them to use the industrial dolly that we had and they didn't, but would sometimes only bring one thing in at a time. I was not impressed with the overall experience.

  The reviews about THEFT are REAL. I requested three people, and one of them was legit and honest. The other two were shady from the start, brought their own private car despite company policy, and then made off with my laptop and game system. Tracked down the laptop to the dude’s house, and then a gadget-trade shop in Queens where the owner’s description of the person attempting to sell my laptop matched the older of the pair. This is after they refused to follow the third man’s organizing and work flow, turns out the job took 4 hours longer than expected because they were going through all my stuff and casing it. Police report has been filed along with the guy’s home address so he best better get himself back to Florida fast. If you request services from this company and a short white-passing man with florida plates or area code shows up, send him home or call the police. Gadget Shop guy confirmed the thief had other electronics that didn’t belong to me, meaning he’s collecting.
