The movers were absolutely great. Very fast and efficient. They just need to work on communication, because I let this company know I wanted to rebook 13 days from this day of service. They said okay, but when I reached out to rebook the communication wasn’t there.
I hired Equipped Movers to help me get selected items from a full and jumbled storage unit and load them into my moving truck. I thought the job could be complicated and require extra time, but Ricky and Joe made it look easy! They worked efficiently and were careful with my things. They were knowledgeable about how to securely load my moving truck and then repacked the unneeded items in my storage unit. They were both friendly and professional. Thank you Ricky and Joe!
They were great, I had an issue with the truck and I had to extend my time and they were really cooperative and understanding. Never complained and did the job well. It was a bit obvious that they were new to moving and they had to figure out how to move certain things with out causing damage but they did a good job and took there time with those items to make sure there were no damages
