• Very kind and communicative. Unfortunately one of the movers injured himself but they brought a second person within half an hour to help which was amazing. The only thing they need to work on a bit is scratching the walls. We have a few marks that we weren’t able to remove post move.

• Please do not book with this company. Very unprofessional. Owner was thirty minutes late, only brought down furniture 1 piece at a time with 1 tiny furniture dolly. Trying to drag out time. Owner left for another job , and had someone else takeover which resulted in them breaking my furniture during loading and unloading. Owner will not try to do what’s right, DONT fall for his insurance scam, his company doesn’t offer insurance. And your safe move coverage won’t cover the damage. Please if you want to save yourself a headache please don’t book here.

  Thank you for your review ,,,in moving the bays defense the customer had large boxes and the elevator was small So we had to take larger items one at a time Also the elevator was not scheduled for us to use! building was very busy with the tenants. So we did have to wait on the elevator for use Customer was using drugs openly in day light instead of instructing what was to be moved because some items were staying and some were going When team members asked for tie downs the customer said she did not have any,, as we followed to the second location customer was speeding and lane changing which was the cause of her damaging her own items as she did not provide any tie downs. To hold her items in place Definitely a learning experience for moving the bay We even waved the extra charges that came out to $175 to show compassion
