  • I had a really great experience with Nordex Movers.The team was incredibly helpful, and the person in charge was especially professional and patient. We had to adjust our moving time due to building restrictions (elevator and loading dock reservations), and they were very understanding and flexible. They even checked in with us ahead of time to ask what timing would work best, which is not something you usually see. They truly prioritized our schedule. On top of that, we weren’t fully packed when they arrived, but the team stepped in and helped us pack everything efficiently without any stress. They were calm, friendly, and very supportive throughout the whole process. At one point, we realized we had forgotten to get a lock, and they kindly offered one from their own supplies without charging us for it, which we really appreciated. Overall, their service was professional, thoughtful.
