The initial point of contact with Sherise was good in communication since beginning to the end, also showed up interest in reviewing the issue and trying to help in some way in the middle of the move and understanding the situation and compensating the extra time. Unfortunately it was a bad experience in general because instead 2 only one member was able to carry (load and unload) the other it wasn’t allow to do it the majority of the work. This change in the crew was communicated until the moment of the service appointment, not with anticipation to see other options and maybe re schedule or offer other alternative, this was not professional from the crew staff, understandable they trying to do the work but in this case was affected the whole experience. If you provide a service even if is a competitive price, needs to be provided with quality assurance, good customer service and professionalism.
