Few hours late, resulting in my wife and I having to load 2 pods ourselves. Odd way of packing which resulted in a few damaged items. They kinda just fill up the pods with no real plan of heavy large items first on the bottom. They just grab and fill, like a heavy pull out couch on top of a small bookshelf, resulting in damage to both and more. Nice guys but the pods we packed ourselves were much more organized and careful to use every inch of space to prevent movement and damage. Would recommend but you should supervise their loading.
