  • Chris and his guys worked really hard in some pretty serious heat to get our things loaded and ready to go; they were communicative and kept us in the loop while working independently. It did take longer than expected by a few hours, but with the heat that was understandable. We had estimated the number of pods using the Uhaul estimator, and Chris tried very hard to keep our costs low; in hindsight, I’d rather have just used the extra pods we had already paid for and saved on the time, stress, and hassle the day of the move.

    Thank you for the kind words. We absolutely would have used the other Uboxs had you stated thats what you wanted to do. We were told that what was loaded was enough due to still having to go through things to determine what needed to go and what wasnt. We apologize for any miscommunication but we 100 percent would have used an additional box or 2 had everything been ready to be moved. Safe travels to Florida.
