• Mike was notified several days in advance by a phone call, of the location to unload because it was incorrect on the reservation. He showed up at the wrong place then called me and yelled at me for 10 minutes about how I should have filled out the reservation. Two families were involved in the move and a moving company. During his rant he told me why I should have hired him for the other move and how much money he would saved me. He kept on and one until I finally hung up. My brother in law said the two movers were nice but he was mean. I would never use him again. His movers were tipped $20 for a little over 1 hour of work.

  Nobody I mean absolutely nobody yelled at this lady she yelled and talked over me the whole time I tried to talk on the phone I have witnesses... All I literally said was a recommendation that I would do the move for her if she wanted to and she told me she had someone else to do it and I said oh okay that is great.. I have my two workers do the job and yes they were tipped. But the only reason she is putting this review on here is because you found them I literally went to the wrong address because she did not put the correct address when she reserved us to do the move for her she said the right address and texted me but that should have been put on the reservation not the address that I was sent to... And all I was trying to do was explain that to this lady and she continued to yell at me.. We are a 5 star company, this review is out of anger so if everyone would please disregard this!

• Called the night before saying they did not have the proper car for a hitch to get our boxes. Asked us to pay for their U-Haul truck. Then asked us to pay them for more hours worked after they are contracted through U-Haul to stay until the box is delivered. We’re visibly and vocally annoyed when we asked them to be careful with items like our TV and mattresses.They were careless when packing our box and items came damaged. Would not recommend, just want your money and are not professional movers.

  That's a very not true statement and review!!! We are definitely not jus in it for money. We have plenty of reviews and customers to vouch for this.. These people were rude and would not let us do our work . We stack our truck to perfection so to keep there items safe we explained several times how we have to stack it to make it all be safe. I let them know that I did not have the right stuff that I would have to rent a U-Haul truck because my vehicle was down. I was trying to be reimbursed because my rate is so low it's already at $65. While they acted like it was so expensive we still proceeded for the same amount regardless of how irritated we were... This review is out of anger and should not be used against us when someone is trying to find a good mover because I have done plenty of jobs that can say a hundred times different than this review. They only would not recommend us again because we were trying to be reimbursed for going out of our way to make sure there job was done.
