  • No. Not using again. Zero communication with actual movers. They said no to moving most things after an hour. Then said they weren’t responsible for unpacking the truck. I’d like to also note they were tipped in cash $400, $100 per person. Not sure why four guys showed up. Wish I had tipped $100 total. Absolute nightmare. Lori at the office was the only good thing about this company.

  • They got the job done, but did not handle our things as carefully as they should have, including dropping our recliner couch at one point and being a little careless with handling of the grandfather clock. Thankfully, nothing seems broken.
