Gaje and his team did fantastic. Really appreciated their swift and easy communication. Texted me weeks prior to the move, confirmed the week before, and provided updates day of. All items were moved into the Ubox quickly and they offered to do extra work such as dismantling a bike and working to make all my items fit in the box. Highly recommend their services to anyone in the area looking for a great moving experience.
The movers where polite. Communication with one of them was good. While the other one not really. They kept assuring me they know what they’re doing and I’ve put my trust in them. I asked them to wrap my furniture with pads and plastic I provided. They had no packing materials on their side. They did a lousy job and ended up damaging some of my expensive furniture. The way they loaded the truck was also not the best. Things shifted and fell around during the drive. It was not properly stacked nor secured even though I provided multiple security ratchet straps. They didn’t even mentioned damages they made while using Dollies. My toolbox was loaded to the truck upside down and they smashed the key that was in it. Didn’t even bother taking it out or letting me know. I’d say very lousy, non professional, and seemed like they haven’t had much experience doing this.
They were excellent!! I had to find movers on a very short notice (less than 24 hours) and they were very accommodating. We unloaded and moved in my u-box in one hour and a half all in perfect order. I 100 percent recommend Wehaul.
