• Terrible service. First of all, they call me and try to demand I pay more money because they arrived to the pick up location unprepared with a car that could not carry both my U-Boxes. They request I pay more so they could borrow U-Haul’s. Then they only arrive with one mover to unload two whole boxes with furniture that requires two people to carry it. On the first trip the mover dropped 5 boxes off his dolly. Scratched my walls during the move. I was forced to help the mover because he could not do it himself. Customer service did absolutely nothing to help. They blame me for helping the mover. Terrible experience and service

• only one person came making it difficult to move large pieces. white doors and walls were banged and scraped multiple times leaving marks

• The mover came out slightly later than initially advised he would arrive. When he started to move my furniture he wasn’t securing it to the dolly. He dropped and broke my entertainment center. He was apologetic and said that it had not happened to him before. He continued to move thing out but still not securing things very well to the dolly. He dropped a few of my plastic containers another time. When I called he supervisor, she was very helpful and apologetic. I would use caution when using this company.

  Silivia, Our employees worked diligently in the rain to prevent rescheduling your appointment so that your items would arrive on time. Unfortunately, accidents can occur due to extenuating circumstances and we were happy to process a full refund.
