  • I have experienced a worse service. Spend more money for movers who will actually finish the job, and not quit on you. I have moved several times, however, this is the first time I experienced working harder than the team I hired to help us move our stuff into our house. I’m so disappointed in their service! I have some much to say but it’s not even worth it. Spend more for movers who can actually HELP YOU!

    I reported this customer as soon as this job was done. We left this massive 4 bedroom, house with 4 floors at 130am. He had booked it as a studio apartment with 0 flights of stairs for 700pm. He tricked us into 7 hours of work and only paid for 2 hours while threatening to leave bad feedback to force us to work beyond the contract. I'm amazed he has the audacity to leave such a review. This does not reflect our business standards or ethics in any way.

  • Great experience. They reached out within 1 business day of me placing the order to schedule delivery. Day of delivery they had good communication before the arrival and they arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly unloaded. I would use them again and recommend them to others!
