• Missed my reservation time as they booked someone else. They claimed to have tried to contact me (once). Unfortunately (for them) I had no record of an attempted call, email or text. Too late to change my plans and book someone else. I could understand the mess up but they kept insisting that I was at fault—that was inexcusable. On a good note, they did work hard when they arrived and were friendly.

  3 days before your service date Wednesday September 30th at 333PM my office rep tried calling you 3 seperate times in which all 3 times your phone went straight to voicemail 2 days before your service date Thursday October 1st at 110PM my office rep tried calling you again 2 seperate times in which both times it rang for 1 minute before going to voicemail The day before your booking I myself the owner had to call you 3 seperate times in which the 3rd time you answered It is our duty to reach out to you before your move date however it is not our duty to keep our schedule open when others book and are able to be reached We did our best to maneuver our schedule to work best with your move however with not being able to contact you we scheduled over you This mishap was indeed your fault for not answering nor reaching back out to us after trying atleast 5 times before your move date However I am glad to say your move went quicker then planned at 1hr 50min instead 3hrs booked
