• The help I received lacked professionalism. One of the men kept walking off the job (at least 4 times) and left the one guy doing the heavy work alone. My floors were damaged and the guy did not say a word about it. For some reason, I was charged for 3 hours when I only requested 2 hours. They had ONE JOB! Their job was only to move my furniture (anything that would not fit in my car) to my new apartment. Since it was on the same property, more than one trip could have been made. I suggested this to one of the guys, and HE COMPLETELY IGNORED WHAT I SAID! BOTH MEN ARGUED ABOUT THE DUMBEST THING! The job also would have taken less time if the one guy would have actually done what he was supposed to do!!!! Horrible! If you take it apart, you also PUT IT BACK TOGETHER! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

• They were so fast and efficient. They got it done and loaded my truck from two separate storage units without incident. It was great.
