    This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. It started out OK as the contact Michael reached out to me to schedule the time to unload a 26 foot U-Haul truck. He told me he did not speak English, which is fine. We were able to translate. The day of the move two workers were supposed to show up at 10 AM. At 10AM no one had arrived. I called Michael and he told me there was a problem and no one will be there until 11 AM. At 11 AM one female showed up who did not speak English. I called Michael and he told me another person would bethere in another hour. At 12 noon another female showed up who did not speak English. By the time 1st woman showed upbI had unloaded about half of the truck. I have nothing against female workers as they worked very hard but there are items they could not lift that I had to do myself. And none of them spoke, English that made everything twice as hard. We couldn’t communicate. Have employees that speak English. I would never use this company again.
