Had a huge scratch on my wall, I got charged extra and paid, still waiting for an invoice. Their boss called 1145pm on a Saturday for extra charge. Not recommended at all.

Job was requested 24hrs notice and had to arrange the team to help customer who sounded needed it urgently.An Extra money was paid out of pocket just to motivate the team. Note we had the right to cancel but for the sake of customer needs we motivated the team with extra hours from pocket.
