    Cherry City Movers

    Initial customer service was great and the movers were very efficient. They would have received a glowing review if it wasn't for the Initial 3 hour charge when only 2 hours. After several phone calls to Cherry Moving the response is always the same they don't issue a refund. They need to make an exception as they charged a premium for same day service, therefore they shouldn't also charge an extra hour when it only took 2 hours to move.

    Trusty Dad Moving LLC

    Pick up was great, drop off was delayed by 2 hours and missing piece to bed frame. Paid for 3 uboxes but only needed 2. Was told to call Moving Help to get reimbursed for the 3rd box. Was on hold with Moving Help for 2 hours, no fault to Trusty Dad.
