Avoid these movers at all costs! I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Tae the owner of Al Moving Company. From the get-go, they were unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. They broke my glassware, damaged boxes, and dragged my sofa and ottoman across the ground, leaving holes and dirt marks. Despite this, they took payment for 3 hours of loading and unloading, which they clearly didn't intend to fulfill. They were blatantly dishonest about the scope of the job and their ability to complete it within the agreed-upon timeframe. After one hour, they wanted to leave. To add insult to injury, they lied about loading everything into the truck, leaving many large and small items behind. The final straw was when they didn't disclose their cancellation policy until after they'd received to code. It's clear they took advantage of me and had no intention of providing the service they promised. When I confronted they became argumentative.
