• This was a fantastic experience! Everything with our unload went well. Couch Potatoes was a huge help with our move. Communication and accuracy was top notch from start to finish!! Highly recommend and would definitely use again!!

• I did not want to write this review, but owner has now stopped responding to my text messages in regards to the damages incurred due to his staffs unacceptable loading of the truck. Also, the abusive behavior of the dad to his son was unacceptable. expensive furniture not wrapped properly with the purchased supplies, also did not wrap rugs, secure items or load the truck in a safe manner. I was in constant communication with the owner during the load process as I explained to him that not only did his staff throw a Restoration Hardware rug on the loading dock floor, they also did this to several other rugs. I shared multiple pictures during the load process & he called his guys but at this point they just wanted to leave. I kept asking the guys if they needed more supplies & they said no Nothing was properly or efficiently loaded into the truck, expensive furniture was not protected with furniture pads or wrapped with shrink wrap. this is only the half of it.
