  Keeping up with Jones Moving Service

  Calling them professionals is like calling a toddler with a plastic shovel a professional sandcastle builder. They both move stuff around, but accomplish zero results! Late does not begin to describe their tardiness. They confirmed they would arrive between 2-3 pm. Instead they arrive after 4 pm! They do so without any tools or work gloves and without apology. During what they made to be a arduous process of moving a sectional sofa, they put a hole in the wall. I had provided instructions on where the furniture and wardrobe boxes were to be unloaded. Only the sectional sofa made it to the proper room, with a number of boxes and other items never finding their place on the second floor. Aside from the few large items they carried (albeit muddled), I would have been the better to ask friends and family to do the job.

  Didn’t speak ENGLISH at all. Had to text only to set up time of arrival. Not that big of a deal. We agreed to a time and date. Which I had to reschedule my truck pickup time to accommodate the movers. Supposed to arrive at 9am. 930 I called. No answer. Texted. No answer. 10am wife texted. They had a kid call me that spoke English. He lied and said they had a flat tire. 3.5 hours later they showed up. NO SPEAKY ENGLAIS!! Tried to tell them what I wanted and needed. Didn’t wrap the furniture I needed wrapped and were like two bulls in a china closet. I hired them for 4 hours and they were done in two. Had to pay for 4 hours. Then they had the audacity to hang around and try to get me to tip them. Here’s your tip! You’re in my country. Learn English and don’t show up 3.5 hours late.
