Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
We had a 12’ enclosed trailer and the 2 workers (Eli & Andre) did a fantastic job. Hired for 2 hours and they had the trailer fully loaded in 1 hour. Professional and personable. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!
Overall, the movers were alright. They did the job. Communication could have been better, I had to reach out to them to verify a time, as well as the day of they were later than they said they would be. They move quick which was great and we were done earlier than I had reserved them for, but I had already moved a lot of things out of the truck since they were behind schedule. Some damage to furniture because they had dropped it when handling on a dolly. A little disappointing but I’m just happy to have the move over with.
