  • So I have a one year old and we had to move that day. I called Benjamin around ten and he had Kai and Paul come with a truck by twelve fifteen We do things very specifically and carefully (leaving the door closed) and it really is just the little respects these men show was so, so welcome after my whole emergency ordeal. They were super quick, so grateful. Will be calling Benjamin on the future and I do highly recommend.

  • Paid for two hours. They were done in 20 minutes so I asked them to set up the bed. They charged me extra

    You paid for a loading or an unloading service you didnt pay for anything extra which is kind of perturbing that you would go on here and try to bash my company when we provided an amazing service and did everything above and beyond for you but I do have a sincere question for you when you go out to dinner is dessert included or do you have to pay extra for add ons and its industry standard throughout the entire industry a two hour minimum regardless if it takes 15 minutes five minutes or two hours and I never have a problem assembling or disassembling customers items for free however you and your mother had an attitude the entire time and were persnickety however we did accommodate setting up your bed, as well as unwrapping every single piece of furniture that we didnt wrap We just did that as the goodness of our hearts so I hope you have the day that you deserve Enjoy your new home and we hope that youre abundantly blessed but you didnt mention that we provided a five star service
