The movers were friendly and seemed well-meaning, but our experience was mixed. Communication was difficult due to a language barrier, and they required considerable direction. Most items were labeled, but we still had to frequently show them where things went and keep the job moving. Without our involvement, I don't believe they would have finished on time. They arrived late but communicated and apologized. They also declined to take a two-person leather reclining sofa upstairs unless we paid additional money because it was too heavy. With about 20 minutes remaining, my husband asked for help putting the legs on one bed frame, flipping it, and attaching the headboard and footboard with him. Overall, they were nice, but the move felt unorganized and required more supervision than expected. I would recommend them for a smaller, straightforward move, but not a large interstate household move.
