The guys were ok. They came on time which I really appreciate and were very quick. However, I thought it was odd that they waited until the truck was fully loaded to load my queen size bed frame and didn’t leave a spot for it. They ended up having to disassemble my entire bed frame because for some reason, they thought it would fit going across the truck? I’ve moved tons of times with a 10 ft and have never had an issue with the metal frame still being assembled. Also, one of the movers broke a ceramic flower pot and didn’t mention it to me. I think he tried to hide it by sitting it and another pot that wasn’t broken on top of a ledge by the door to my apartment. I immediately noticed it when I went outside but waited to see if he would say something. He never did. Left both pots including the one that wasn’t broken on the ledge.
