  • This company acted like that they were not experienced. They were extremely slow. They packed the truck wrong and my storage unit wrong. They didn't strap down the truck. They didn't come with any supplies (no dollies. no wrap or blankets. I would not use them again. The stuff that I had should have taken 3 hours to moved but I had to pay for 6 hours. My tip is to get faster.

    During the job, we exceeded our standard responsibilities to assist with additional tasks, such as driving your truck and dismantling your bed frames, mirrors, and other items. While these services are not typically included in a moving contract, we were happy to help to ensure your move went smoothly. However, these additional efforts naturally added to the time required to complete your move. Regarding supplies like dollies, wraps, and blankets - it is not in our service agreement to provide these items; it is your responsibility to provide them - We think you should read and understand what your responsibilities are next time. Moving can be stressful and sometimes take longer than anticipated; loading a 26ft truck and unloading the same thing between miles isn't possible for anyone within 3 hours. Our team provided every support within our capacity to make your moving easier with zero damages to your properties - In addition to working extra 40 mins for free
