• We had a horrible experience with the unloaders. They damaged new paint in multiple areas. They gouged our walls. They broke a dresser and denied responsibility. They placed things in random areas despite being asked to place in appropriate areas multiple times. They moved very slow and then asked for more time and money to make it right. Honestly we paid to make things more difficult for ourselves. We will have to resort to a credit card charge back because now we have to pay for these damages.

• Mss Moving did a nice job helping with my move. They were very responsive, confirming the appointment quickly. They were also punctual and showed up exactly on time. I would recommend them for anyone needing moving help.

• Barely understood English, wasted lots of time in miscommunication. Careful with items but slow. Tried to charge extra to move an electric keyboard, insisting it was a piano. Moved it outside, then wouldn’t put on truck realizing it should have been put towards back of truck, size & weight nowhere near a piano but has a fragile speaker & awkward base. Then they tried to leave stating they were only loading not unloading, showed them reservation for both. Then manager calls saying it’s been 3 hours when it had been just over 2 (arrived late with truck which was not needed & then several minutes for them to park, explain u-haul, later realized they didn’t understand anything I was saying). Finally agreed to unload for 10 mins! Tried to leave before unloading coach. Manager blowing up phone while I was driving to destination asking for payment code when the job wasn’t done. Awful experience especially compared to recent experience moving a one bedroom apartment with another company.
