  • Just showed up 45 minutes late and then there were supposed to be two workers but there was not there was only one so I paid for a worker that I had to personally serve as. I am requesting a partial refund for services paid for but unrendered

    We give a time window of arrival to do the work. The pickup location had been changed to further away and an accident on I-24 which we communicated to you. My helper did not show for this job but could have done it myself (would have just taken a little longer), but you offered to help. So did not think there was a problem. We do our best to communicate everything.
