• I thought the guys did a good job with the first container; very efficient loading, etc. Almost everything fit into the first container and I did not look at the second one until after they left. When I opened it I was very dismayed. Everything was jumbled. Stuff thrown on top of each other. I had some travertine tiles (quite heavy) that fell forward when I opened the door--they had obviously been gouging the door while closed. Boxes of stone tile were placed on a light fixture that had no wrapping around it and the bulbs were exposed. The metal fixture was smashed and the bulbs and holders broken (I have pictures of this) I had to struggle to pull some out to the ground so I could close the door of the container. Now I am worried about the stuff in the first container. As it is completely full, I won't know until things are unloaded if things are damaged. I trusted that they would pack things appropriately, but I should have been monitoring more closely.

  I greatly apologize for any damages that may have been caused by our services, however I can assure you there wasn't any negligence in the loading of your units. I do remember the fixture and it was loosened before entering the unit. If the tiles had fallen over then it was placed unbeknownst to me because they all should had been of the floor aside from the stack that was closer to the door against the wall surrounded with padding. We tossed the remaining pads in the pod to fill in what would have been 80 percent empty to protect what is underneath and around the breakable items and things that were added at the last minute because we had so much room left. Being that your units were not leaving the premises, we took the liberty of using whatever space available to maintain without movement. It may look in disarray but that is only because we couldn't stack the rest of those items
