• They were 52 minutes late. 15 minutes after being here they were asking are we done. One of them spent most of his time texting on his phone. They knocked a hole in overhang above stairs because they did not take off mirror post. He wanted payment code after being here 1 hour. I told them I paid for 2 hours and they told me they had another job to go to. After being tired of being ask if we are finished I gave them code because they already didnt want to be here and even though I showed them repeatedly what needed to be done I was still having to go behind them. Then after not even being here an hour and half when I gave them the code, they still had the nerve to ask me if I was going to tip them. Would not recommend them to anyone.

• The movers were friendly and seemed well-meaning, but our experience was mixed. Communication was difficult due to a language barrier, and they required considerable direction. Most items were labeled, but we still had to frequently show them where things went and keep the job moving. Without our involvement, I don't believe they would have finished on time. They arrived late but communicated and apologized. They also declined to take a two-person leather reclining sofa upstairs unless we paid additional money because it was too heavy. With about 20 minutes remaining, my husband asked for help putting the legs on one bed frame, flipping it, and attaching the headboard and footboard with him. Overall, they were nice, but the move felt unorganized and required more supervision than expected. I would recommend them for a smaller, straightforward move, but not a large interstate household move.
